A "new deadline" is one person starting one campaign. Visits, email opens and people already counted are free. Prices in US dollars; sales tax or VAT is added at checkout where it applies.
Billing questions
Who handles the payment?
Paddle, our Merchant of Record. They take cards, PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay, and send the receipt and invoice.
How does the 14-day trial work?
You pick a plan and add a payment method. You're not charged for 14 days, and you can cancel before then from your dashboard.
What if I go over my monthly deadlines?
People who already have a deadline keep it. New people just don't get a timer until the next month or until you upgrade. We never charge overage fees.
Refunds?
If it isn't right for you, ask within 14 days of a payment for a full refund. See the refund policy.
