Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Evergreen Deadline (the "Service"), operated by Tofu Labs ("we"). By using the Service you agree to them.

The Service

Evergreen Deadline stores a deadline for each of your leads and shows it on your pages and in your emails. The free plan and paid plans have the limits shown on the pricing page.

Acceptable use

Use the Service only for offers that end or change when the deadline passes, as your pages say. You may not use it to show deadlines that don't match your offer. We may suspend campaigns that do.

Your workspace key

Your workspace opens with its key, or with a sign-in link sent to the recovery email you add in your dashboard. Keep the key safe and add an email: without either we can't get you back in, unless you have a paid subscription we can match to your workspace.

Payments and refunds

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled; you can cancel at any time and keep your plan until the end of the paid period.

You can ask for a full refund within 14 days of any payment, by email to us or through Paddle, as our refund policy explains: we approve refunds asked for within 14 days, and Paddle processes them.

Availability

We work to keep the Service running, but it is provided "as is". If it can't be reached, your pages show without a timer.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
