Refund policy

If Checkout Sync doesn't work for you, ask for a full refund within 14 days of a payment and you'll get it. You don't need to give a reason.

Checkout Sync is run by Tofu Labs. Refunds go through Paddle, our merchant of record. Reply to your Paddle receipt email, use paddle.net, or write to us at support@tofulabs.app.

When you cancel, your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for, then your account goes back to the free plan. Everything already sent to Kit stays there.
