For shops past 1,000 sales a month. Same features as Starter, ten times the room.
A sale is one paid order or one subscription renewal. Refunds, cancellations, failed payments, test sales and imported past sales are free and unlimited. The count resets on the 1st of each month (UTC). If you go over, new sales show as Not sent in your activity list for 30 days: upgrade and they go to Kit by themselves a few minutes later.
One saved subscription usually pays for Starter: if a $29-a-month member's card fails and a rescue email gets them to update it, that's the month covered.
Upgrade, change plan or cancel in your settings. Prices are in US dollars; sales tax or VAT is added where it applies. Payments are handled by Paddle, our merchant of record. Not happy? Full refund within 14 days.
You also need Kit's Creator or Creator Pro plan to start emails, because Kit runs Visual Automations on its paid plans only. On Kit's Free plan the app still records purchases, tags and fields.
